According to google: In the internet slang of DoggoLingo, a blep is when an animal, often a dog or cat, has a portion of their tongue hanging out of their mouth.
So here's Haruka 'blepping' ...though to be honest, I'm not sure this word can be used as an action. Squeaks doesn't do this, not that I've noticed.
